網上ς音樂單位使用授權
授權：該單位可在分發中心授權表列地址，免費向公眾播放網上ς音樂
要求：
公開免費播放：保證沒錢的患者亦有機會；
單位經濟效益：取決於人流量，提供其他服務牟利（非牟利者不需慮此）；
生意僅限於該單位提供的產品或服務，由客人自願消費（可以只聽音樂不消費），不允許有任何銷售壓力；
24小時營業者，可考慮用自動售貨機（如飲料、食品、報紙、雜誌、券類、郵票明信片類、乾電池等）；
現場不收門票：僅限於直接在網上支付，www.DuoSuccess.com/TCM/Payment.htm 提供銀行帳號，自行存入（之前或之後），不另行通知；
除此以外的任何人，一概不准收取或代為收取在此聆聽網上ς音樂的任何費用或利益，無論任何理由或目的；如有疑問或意見，請聯絡我們；
內容：音樂欣賞，播放龍衛權作曲暨鋼琴演奏的音樂
方式：
器材：聯上互聯網的電腦，外接喇叭擴音；
音源：由分發中心授權書（你的所在處）進入此，由此進入網上ς音樂，連續播放；
請留意：不可由首頁進入，更不可由其他人的授權表列地址處進入；
場所：空地即可，站立或坐著聆聽；
最簡單的室內外設計和擺設，只需留意用吸音材料（裝潢不是我們的專長，效果才是我們的關注）；
廳裡懸掛中醫先賢畫像，巨型歷史圖像，墻上張貼中醫相關理論資料和成果等資料，讓顧客對中醫有更多的認識；
如在戶外，需考慮環境噪音，莫影響他人；
註冊：在當地根據相應法例以雜貨店、小賣部等名義註冊（背景音樂是常規，不需提及）；
運作：開放式，自行計算時間
每次1小時，每日1-3次或以上，之間相隔1小時或以上；
過與不及皆非中庸之道，勿過時停留，非多多益善（非人力所能抗拒的原因和工作人員不受此限）；
如人太多可排隊等候，每小時全部輪換一次；
自行維持秩序（勿奔跑、舞蹈、觸碰或影響他人，保持安靜、關鈴聲、禁煙、勿拋垃圾、保護環境，否則扣分）；建議勿佩帶眼鏡、手表、項鍊或耳環等物；
工作人員不允許有任何承諾，只負責播放，詳閱分發中心內部指引；
謝絕錄影、錄音和拍攝。基於大家都明白的道理，我們的所有產品都具有防抄襲和自我保護功能；

Authorization Introduction for online ς-energy Music
The organization or person listing in our authorization webpage means they can play publicly Online ς-energy Music. We authorize the listed parties to:

How to operate:
Parties will need Internet + computer + sound equipment. To get the music play, the right way parties are requested to do is
First go to the authorization list webpage, then find itself name on the list.
Under itself name, click its authorized product, to go to the authorization Introduction for online ς-energy Music.

Any direct going to home page, then direct go to online energy page are wrong & prohibited for the use under authorization.
Parties need to provide places for users to stand or sit. Place must hang on some TCM introduction information from DuoSuccess. If the place is outside, parties must consider of not disturbing other persons.
The place is open for public. Parties could decide the time to play music itself. If users are too many, parties could change to new users after each one hour listen. Every time listen is 1 hour and 1-3 times per day for each person, with interval of 1 hour. Any over times listen will not be good and are prohibited. But workers or staff in music play place are ok to stay longer as they need.
Any workers or staff are only responsible for play this online music from computer and webpage, they shouldn’t give any promise to users.
As listening, everybody should take care of themselves, don’t run or dance, don’t touch & talk with other person, being quiet, close mobile phone, no smoking, keeping place clean. We suggest to take off glasses and watch ect…
No music or sound or movie recording during the music play. Our products have self-protection function and any storage or copy are prohibited.
How to make application:
Fill in the application letter, including parties name, areas or place to play, responsibility person and pay authorization fee. Then we will update the authorization list.
