Fees None.  Participants must arrange their own travel and accommodation.

Thesis/Articles Submission Guidelines:
1. Please attach a 150 word resume of yourself.
2. Submitters should do their own typing, proof reading.  E-mail to the Center (no attachment please).
3. Each stage presentation should not be more than 50 minutes.
4. The Center will determine order of presenters based on the order of the submissions have been received.
5. Submitters should indicate clearly if the authors intend to present their thesis/articles on stage.
6. All submission will be published concurrently  on internet.
7. All presentation materials may be collected in volume for later publishing.  There will be no payment for articles published.
