- 水淹過材料10厘米,先武火沸後文火,煎至小半碗,不需復煎,分二次服;材料是同時一起放入煎熬(如無注明先後),不需浸泡和清洗(除非很髒);方中如含有酒類,煎熬過程中酒精皆已蒸發,不飲酒者亦可服用;湯渣不需服食;服前後 30分鐘不喝茶(可喝溫水),服後30分鐘內避免接觸凍水和凍食物;

- Each printed or photographed prescription is for one person to use for 3 days (3 dosages, one dose per day). The prescription must be discarded after usage, or after expiration (even unused);

- Ming Xuan Reaction is a normal phenomenon and is a feature of TCM. These are healing effects and showing positive results of the treatment . This prescription is suitable for anybody, regardless of age, and to use it, does not require any typical traditional diagnosis method, like "watching, hearing, asking and pulse taking";
- How to use:
- Every day decoct one dosage. Prepare each material correctly and in exact required quantities. Then put all them into a pot ( best use special earthen pot for TCM use) and fill in water 10 cm above those materials;
- Decoct with strong fire to boil the water first, then change to soft fire to decoct. Stop the decoction and the soup is ready when you see the left water about filling 1/3 of a rice bowl;
- Splite this decoction into two portions for one day use without leaving the dregs;
- No need to wash/clean those materials unless they are very dirty;
- Even if a prescription contains alcohol, people who do not drink can take the decoction, for alcohol has evaporated during decoction;
- Do not drink tea within 30 minutes before and after taking the soup, but warm water is ok; avoid drinking cold water, eating frozen foods or touching cold water within 30 minutes after taking the decoction;
- User should abstain from cold bath and cold drink for one week or until MingXuan reactions fully subsided, to avoid adverse impact of Qi & Blood circulation;
- We strongly suggest the patient’s children or close relatives decoct the soup, this is the high-efficiency therapeutic effect multiplier and the effect of treatment can be 50% stronger!
