• Authorization : The authorized organization or individual is allowed to broadcast ς-energy Music to the public free of charge at the address stated in the list of “DuoSuccess Authorized” page.
• Requirements :
• Broadcast to public free of charge : to ensure poor and low income group have the opportunity to use the therapy;
• Financial benefits for Authorized center : to provide other chargeable items to visiting guests (does not apply to non-profit organization and individual)
• Chargeable items limited to the services or products provided by the organization (i.e. no 3rd party selling). All purchases or consumptions should be based on free will of visiting guests, and visiting guests have no obligation to purchase these services or products. Visiting guests should be allowed to listen to the music without making any purchases.
• 24-hour business operator can consider to provide vending machines to sell products such as newspaper, drinks, magazine, snacks, coupons, etc..
• Payment to DuoSuccess (voluntarily) : All payments should be made directly to bank accounts listed in www.DuoSuccess.com/tcm/Payment.htm only, acknowledgement or receipt will not be provided;
• No other parties are allowed to collect any monies or benefits in any forms, regardless of any reasons or purposes, as a requirement to listen to the music; please contact us if there are any questions or comments;

• How to operate :
• Music source : You MUST open this " ς-energy Music Free Therapy Authorisation" page from the link located ON your authorized center's address which is listed in the DuoSuccess Authorized page. Cautions:  Not allowed to use the music source located in other location. Please select the following ς-energy Music link that suit your requirement.
1. Broadcast continuously (suitable for audience who can manage their listening time) : ς-energy Music;
2. Play for one hour at a time, play on the hour, play once every hour, and so on : ς-energy Music
3. Play for one hour each time, start playing music anytime, the interval can be adjusted (for customers to enter and exit), and so on : ς-energy Music
• Venue : Must have space available for standing or sitting while listening to the music
• Simple exterior and interior design, and basic fittings. Just pay attention to use sound-absorbing material (decoration is not our strength, our only concern is the effect of the therapy);
• Can display picture of Chinese Traditional Culture's sages and related Chinese Traditional Culture information to let people have better understanding of Chinese Traditional Culture;
• If the venue is outdoor, please beware of surrounding noise, and avoid affecting others;
• Statutory Registration : Please adhere to local laws and regulations for registration of profit or non-profit organization (music broadcasting is common, need not mentioned specifically)
• Operations : Open style, visiting guests manage their own time
• Method of using the therapy: Each session 1 hour, each day 1~3 sessions or more, 1 hour or longer interval between each session;
• Environmental constraints of the occasion (such as aircraft, ships, school recess time, etc.) : Each session 10-60 minutes, each day 1~3 sessions or more, 30 minutes or longer interval between each session;
• Follow the time and instructions strictly, staying longer than required may cause adverse effect (unless in situation that beyond human control e.g. MingXuan Reactions, and staff are exempted from this restriction);
• If too many visiting guests, queuing system should be in place to rotate once hourly;
• Guests should be self disciplined (Do not run, dance, touch or disturb others. Keep quiet, off alarm/ringer, no smoking, no littering, protect the environment. Violation of the above may reduce effect); Suggest to take off eyeglasses, watches, necklace, ear rings, rings, etc.
• Venue: can be used continuously (broadcast the music), staff are not affected;
• Staff are not allowed to make any promise, should only responsible to broadcast the music.
• Prohibit video and audio recording, and camera shooting. All of our products have anti-plagiarism and self-protection functionalities.
