• 方式：
• 器材：聯上互聯網的電腦，外接喇叭擴音；
• 音源：由多成授權列表單位地址上的授權產品鏈接進入此網頁，再由此進入以下的網上ς音樂鏈接（不可使用首頁的網上ς音樂鏈接）；
• 每次播放一小時：網上ς音樂

• 註冊：在當地根據相應法例註冊（背景音樂是常規，不需提及）；
• 運作：開放式，自行計算時間
  • 客人聆聽時限：每次1小時，每日1-3次或以上，之間相隔1小時或以上；
  • 過與不及皆非中庸之道，勿過時停留，非多多益善（非人力所能抗拒的原因如瞑眩反應和工作人員不受此限）；
  • 如人太多可排隊等候，每小時全部輪換一次；
  • 自行維持秩序（勿奔跑、舞蹈、觸碰或影響他人，保持安靜、關鈴聲、禁煙、勿拋垃圾、保護環境，否則扣效果分）；建議勿佩帶眼鏡、手表、項鍊或耳環等物；
  • 環境所限的場合（如飛機、船舶、學校課間時段等）：每次10-60分鐘，每日1-3次或以上，之間相隔30分鐘或以上；
  • 場地：可以連續使用（播放），工作人員不受影響；
  • 工作人員不允許有任何承諾，只負責播放，詳閱多成授權指引；
  • 謝絕錄影、錄音和拍攝。基於大家都明白的道理，我們的所有產品都具有防抄襲和自我保護功能；
• 條件要求：
  • 此文「網上ς音樂治療使用授權」和「多成授權」必須張貼在客人顯而易見之處；
    • 「多成授權」每 1個月必須重新列印張貼一次（顯示貴單位名稱）。否則視為自動放棄授權（敬請留意）；

Online ς-energy Music Therapy Authorisation

Authorization : The authorized organization or individual is allowed to broadcast Online ς-energy Music to guests and to accept payment from guests at the address stated in the list of “DuoSuccess Authorized” page.

Requirements :

• Fee : Fee is charged based on per person per hour basis. Different categories of fee apply to different locations, details please refer to "DuoSuccess Authorized" page.
• Seating arrangement at the venue is the same for all guests. Different effect and benefits to be experienced according to the respective fee's categories.

How to operate :

• Equipments : Computer with external speaker and Internet access
• Music source : You MUST open this "Online ς-energy Music Therapy Authorisation" page from the link located ON your authorized center's address which is listed in the DuoSuccess Authorized page. Cautions:  Not allowed to use the music source located in other location (e.g. obtaining from other authorized center's address or on the Main page) Please select the following Online ς-energy Music link that suit your requirement.
  • Broadcast for 1 hour : Online ς-energy Music
  • Broadcast continuously (suitable for audience who can manage their listening time) : Online ς-energy Music;
• Venue : Must have space available for standing or sitting while listening to the music
  • Simple exterior and interior design, and basic fittings. Just pay attention to use sound-absorbing material (decoration is not our strength, our only concern is the effect of the therapy);
  • Can display picture of TCM's sages and related TCM information to let people have better understanding of TCM;
  • If the venue is outdoor, please beware of surrounding noise, and avoid affecting others;
• Statutory Registration : Please adhere to local laws and regulations for registration of profit or non-profit organization (music broadcasting is common, need not mentioned specifically)
• Operations : Open style, visiting guests manage their own time
  • Method of using the therapy: Each session 1 hour, each day 1~3 sessions or more, 1 hour or longer interval between each session;
  • Environmental constraints of the occasion (such as aircraft, ships, school recess time, etc.) : Each session 10-60 minutes, each day 1~3 sessions or more, 30 minutes or longer interval between each session;
• Follow the time and instructions strictly, staying longer than required may cause adverse effect (unless in situation that beyond human control e.g. MingXuan Reactions, and staff are exempted from this restriction);
• If too many visiting guests, queuing system should be in place to rotate once hourly;
• Guests should be self disciplined (Do not run, dance, touch or disturb others. Keep quiet, off alarm/ringer, no smoking, no littering, protect the environment. Violation of the above may reduce effect); Suggest to take off eyeglasses, watches, necklace, ear rings, rings, etc.
  • Venue: can be used continuously (broadcast the music), staff are not affected;
  • Staff are not allowed to make any promise, should only responsible to broadcast the music. Details please refer to "DuoSuccess Authorized Guidelines”;
  • Prohibit video and audio recording, and camera shooting. All of our products have anti-plagiarism and self-protection functionalities.
• Other Requirements for Authorized Center :
  • Display this "Online ς-energy Music Therapy Authorisation" page and "DuoSuccess Authorized" page at conspicuous place of the venue and make visting guests aware of these pages.
    • Please beware : "DuoSuccess Authorized" page must be reprinted from the website and reexhibited every 1 months (display the authorized center's name and other information), otherwise will be considered as giving up the authorized status.
  • Must make known to visiting guests that this music therapy is developed by DuoSuccess TCM.
  • Hospital must include this music therapy as part of the patient's case history.
