How to use: Walk in the direction indicated. 1 time/day.
When starting, the man is start walking with left foot and the woman is start walking with right foot (this does not apply to people with reduced mobility, wheelchairs or strollers). Those who quit halfway is not allowed to re-enter on the same day.

Stay Area: Age divided by 9, the remainder of number +1, is the Jiugong (other areas are allowed to pass through but not staying). Example: Mr. Tom is 41 years old, 41÷9, remainder 5+1, stay in 6 grid; Mrs. Smith is 28 years old, 28÷9, remainder 1+1, and stay in 2 grid.
How to use: Use the corresponding Jiugong grid according to the age. stay quietly in the corresponding grid, stand or sit (Conversion table for stay area).
1 hour (continuously) /day (Time yourself. In irresistible situation or beyond human control not subject to this restriction). Those who quit halfway will not be able to re-enter on the same day.

Require: Turn off ring tone, do not talk, dance, lie down, run, touch or affect others. The distance between people must be more than 0.5 meters.
Use the crowd (beneficiaries): Suitable for all ages.
Function: The golden mean (balance).
Feature: MingXuan Reaction (such as soreness, numbness, swelling or pain) is a good sign.

According to an ancient Chinese book Shang Shu' Yue Ming (Part I), "If no MingXuan reactions occurs after use, then its root will not go away”. When you have the MingXuan reactions, the right attitude is: Accept it (let it be and bear the reactions calmly without excessive expectations).
